Legacy Systems Shutdown

On March 31, 2024, the old eSuite and Citybase platforms will cease operation. Please take note that after this date, individuals who have not transitioned to the new system will no longer have access to essential features such as e-billing, autopay, and more.

To ensure uninterrupted access to our enhanced services, it is crucial that you sign up for the new system prior to March 31, 2024. Your timely registration will guarantee a seamless and continuous experience with our upgraded platform.

Be sure to un-enroll any recurring payment infomation from legacy services prior to signing up to the new payment system.

Change can be challenging, but we believe this upgrade will significantly enhance your experience with our utility services.

No, rest assured there will be no service interruptions during this upgrade. While you'll need to create your new account with the upgraded site, we are committed to maintaining our legacy systems for a grace period (until March 31) to guarantee uninterrupted service for our valued customers. Absolutely. You can continue to utilize our in-person payment kiosk at the Lawrence Government Center (9001 E 59th Street), conveniently available 24/7 at your service. You can make payments with cash, check, or credit card at our kiosk, ensuring flexibility and ease in managing your utility payments.

No, if you have previously enrolled with your bank or directly with us for bank drafting, there will be no changes to your payment process. However, we highly encourage you to enroll online with our new system to enjoy the benefits of the e-billing feature for added convenience. Your current bank drafting arrangement remains intact.

Yes. The new system will provide monthly consumption data for you to view. In addition, the free Eye on Water app allows you to receive real-time data and alerts you when your consumption rises or spikes more than your average. You can set a high/low tolerance and be notified via email or text message when the alert has been issued. It will also notify you if your meter were to trigger a leak indicator.

No, there's no need to cancel your old account when switching to the upgraded system. Old accounts will be automatically shut down when the legacy systems are retired.
